Mayamin H. Becerra

Mayamin H. Becerra has extensive experience in workforce management and operations, currently serving as Gerente de WFM y Operaciones at DASH BPO since October 2012. Concurrently, Mayamin holds the position of Gerente de Recursos Humanos y WFM at dashbpo and has worked as Workforce Operation Manager at Global International since the same year. Key responsibilities include leading forecasting, planning, scheduling, and real-time management for the contact center, alongside financial reporting and strategic planning to meet company objectives. Prior experience includes a role as Gerente Workforce y Gerente de Operaciones at Sitel from April 2005 to October 2012, where Mayamin focused on resource management, KPI compliance, quality assurance, and end-user satisfaction. Mayamin holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
