Arjun Iyengar

Arjun Iyengar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. arjun began their career as an Associate Director at Cambridge Technology Partners in 1997. arjun then became a founding member of Realnet Solutions/Hamptons Real Estate Online, where they created an online advertising platform for Hamptons real estate and collaborated with elite customers.

In 2005, Arjun joined McGraw-Hill as the Director of Integration Office (M&A), where they implemented editorial platforms and led teams to innovate company processes. arjun later served as the Director of New Product Development, leading a talent development mentoring program and driving online sales growth through improved lead quality and automation.

Arjun joined Sanofi in 2012 as a Business Process Consultant, providing technology architecture and cloud consulting. arjun established data-driven systems for operational excellence and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

In 2014, Arjun co-founded The Petrochemical Standard, where they served as Chief Information Officer. In this role, they oversaw business development, managed client relations, and developed price reporting processes for the global petrochemical market.

Arjun then worked as a Management Consultant, overseeing product launches and driving continuous improvement initiatives at Eisai Co. arjun also guided global software development teams in using agile methodologies.

In 2016, Arjun joined Willis Towers Watson as a Product Manager and later became a Director, leading the digital transformation of a private healthcare exchange using Pega and Genesys. arjun communicated product vision, prioritized strategic initiatives, and provided strategic and architectural guidance to development teams.

Arjun then joined R1 RCM as the Director of Patient Experience, managing a portfolio of patient-facing products and improving patient engagement through technology. arjun collaborated with stakeholders, monitored projects from inception to delivery, and communicated with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Currently, Arjun is serving as the Director of Digital Product Engineering at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, where they oversee digital product engineering and has recently transitioned from the role of Director of Customer Experience.

Throughout their career, Arjun has demonstrated strong leadership skills, innovation, and a customer-focused approach.

Arjun Iyengar has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from B. M. S. College of Engineering, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. arjun then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Monmouth University from 1995 to 1996. Arjun also has completed executive education programs in Strategy and Innovation at MIT Sloan School of Management and Global Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, they hold various certifications in fields such as Machine Learning, Leadership, Product Strategy, and Project Management.
