Brad Blanchard

Brad Blanchard has extensive experience in digital and enterprise services, currently serving as Vice President at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana since January 2000. In this role, Brad oversees project management and quality assurance practices using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Previous positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield include Vice President of Application Services and Director of IT Project Delivery Services. Prior to this, Brad worked at Cajun Electric Power Cooperative as a Software Programmer. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana State University and has pursued additional education at Kellogg Executive Education.
