Chad Gary

Chad Gary is an experienced professional in software engineering, internal audit, IT compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, Chad previously held the role of Director of Internal Audit at LHC Group, where responsibilities included leading the Internal Audit Department and implementing a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution. In prior positions, Chad focused on IT compliance and governance at Albemarle Corporation, and cybersecurity consulting at Sparkhound. Chad's career also includes significant contributions to Amedisys Home Health & Hospice in various IT compliance roles, along with consultant experience at Deloitte and governmental relations work at F. Malcolm Hood & Associates. Chad holds an MBA in Internal Audit and Finance, along with two Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing Management from Louisiana State University and Northwestern State University.
