Greg Rizzuto

Greg Rizzuto has gained extensive work experience in the human resources field. Greg currently holds the position of HR Director, Total Rewards at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at First Horizon Bank from July 2020 to December 2022. Greg also served as HR Director - Employee Benefits and Talent Acquisition at IBERIABANK from January 2012 to July 2020, and as HR Manager - Employee Benefits, Compensation, and Employee Relations from February 2005 to January 2012. Before working at IBERIABANK, they were an HR Specialist - Recruiting and Compensation at Aggreko from November 2000 to February 2005. Greg started their career at The Schumacher Group, where they held multiple roles including Recruiter, Insurance Contractor, and Reimbursement Manager from November 1997 to November 2000.

Greg Rizzuto earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Insurance and Risk Management with a minor in Business Law from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1996. Greg then pursued an MBA with a specialization in healthcare administration and research assistantship at the same university, completing it in 1998. Both programs were accredited by AACSB.
