Luke Breard

Luke Breard is an experienced professional in the healthcare and insurance sectors, currently serving as a Product Management Consultant and previously as a Senior Marketing Implementation Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana since April 2022. Luke has held key leadership roles as Legislative Co-Chair for the Louisiana Association of Health Underwriters Inc. and Legislative Chair for the BR Association of Health Underwriters since 2018. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive and Member Service Representative at Vantage Health Plan from August 2015 to April 2022. Luke holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University.
