Stephen Meserve

Stephen Meserve currently serves as the Information Technology Quality Assurance Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, overseeing QA Leads and the Test Environment Management team since May 2023. Prior to this, Stephen held the position of IT QA Manager at Availity, where responsibilities included managing a large QA team, overseeing HR tasks, and coordinating resource planning and budgeting. Stephen’s earlier roles include QA management at Crowley Maritime and LoanLogics, focusing on performance and functional testing, as well as mentorship and training of QA personnel. Stephen's foundational experience includes software testing at IBM and law enforcement as a Police Officer. Academically, Stephen holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and has also pursued adjunct teaching roles.
