Imelda M Delima is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in quality assurance and business analysis. Currently serving as the Information Technology Quality Assurance Manager at Elections Ontario since April 2009, Imelda previously worked as a Business Analyst at CGI from April 2007 to April 2009 and as a Business Systems Consultant at IFDS from October 2002 to April 2007. Imelda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology from Ryerson University, obtained in 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College, earned in 1993.
