Frank Bradshaw

Chief Information Security Officer at Affinity Health Plan

Frank Bradshaw has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Frank began their career in 1994 as the Owner, CEO, and CISO of Ho'ike Technologies, where they focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses protect themselves from cyber threats. Frank provided technical training and consulting services to startups and Fortune 50 companies, utilizing their knowledge gained from working with major organizations. In 2016, they joined MetroPlus Health Plan as the Chief Information Security Officer before eventually moving to Affinity Health Plan in 2017 to hold the same position. Additionally, from 1994 to 2000, Frank worked at IBM as an Advanced Technical Trainer.

Frank Bradshaw attended The University of New Mexico from 1989 to 1994, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General; Exercise Physiology. During the same time, they also studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science; Business Administration at the University of New Mexico. Frank received additional certifications throughout their career, including CTT+ from CompTIA in September 2007, CISSP from (ISC)² in May 2004, and MCT from Microsoft in January 1996.
