Santiago Grossy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Santiago began their career as the HR Director at AAA Parking in 2000 and held the position until 2007. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as the Shore Side Operations at Sea Dream Yachting. Santiago then transitioned to a role as the Area Manager at Park One of Florida from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they served as the Executive Property Manager & Consultant for The Quadomain Condominiums. Following this, Santiago worked as the Property Manager at Caribe Lakes HOA from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Director of Hotel Operations for Laz Parking of Florida. In 2013, Santiago joined Blue Sky Miami Inc as the Director of Portfolio Management & Office Manager. Santiago then became the General Manager at Marquis Association Management from 2015 to 2017. Santiago later worked as a Senior Consultant at Blue Sky Miami from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they serve as the Director of Association Operations at Affinity Management Services, LLC since 2018.
