Damon DeVito has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Damon started their career in 1989 as an Associate Consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc., where they advised Fortune 500 companies on strategy and growth opportunities. In 1994, they became the Director of Membership & Real Estate at Keswick Club, where they successfully grew the membership and increased residential lot sales. Damon joined Affinity Management in 1997 as the Managing Director and played a significant role in the company's operations. In 2015, they became the Director at food.io, a start-up serving restaurants with an online ordering solution, where they advised the founders in strategy, growth, and financing. Damon also served as an Advisor to OttoPlay, a media technology firm, and MeeteR, a company they joined as an Advisor in 2018. In 2019, they became a Venture Partner at The Varsity Financial Group. Damon's work experience also includes serving as an adjunct at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they helped venture teams and Pike Scholars accelerate the growth of their ventures.
Damon DeVito holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, which they completed in 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from The Wharton School in 1989, as well as a dual degree in Economics and Finance (BA and BS) from the University of Pennsylvania in the same year.
