Amina Boher has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as FP&A Manager for Topline E-commerce and International Markets at Affinity Petcare since September 2010. Amina has been instrumental in managing an annual budget, forecasts, and three-year plans while reporting to the FP&A Director in Barcelona and partnering with the French Market Director. Key achievements include leading monthly closings, optimizing client profitability, and improving communication between local offices and headquarters. Prior to Affinity Petcare, Amina worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities included establishing budgets and creating automated systems for business analysis, and as a Business Controller for Middle East & Africa at BIC. Amina holds a Bachelor's degree in Audit and Taxation from MBS School of Business and attended De Montfort University.
