Tei-Onna Haggard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and access to capital initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Access to Capital at the Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs since May 2022, Tei-Onna also holds multiple roles at Affinity Property Management, including Assistant Property Manager and Equity and Outreach Navigator for Louisa Flowers Apartments. Tei-Onna's background includes significant positions at Relay Resources as a Housing Specialist and Guardian Real Estate Services as a Property Manager. Previous roles include Senior Teller at U.S. Bank and various positions at Target. Tei-Onna's educational foundation was established at Portland Community College.
