Akshay Chittora

Akshay Chittora has had two work experiences. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Fusion Business Solutions (P) Limited, where they focused on finding the perfect fit for both candidates and clients. Akshay ensured a strong shortlist of candidates and emphasized the benefits of headhunting over traditional recruitment methods. In 2021, they joined Affinity Steps as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later became the Chief Operating Officer in June 2022. In their current role, they are responsible for redefining the recruitment industry by providing innovative solutions and creating an inclusive working environment.

Akshay Chittora pursued their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Pacific College of Engineering from 2013 to 2017.
