Andrew B.

Andrew B. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew is currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Affinity Trust. Prior to this, they worked at Alternative Futures Group as the Head of Corporate Business and Regional Director (Lancashire). Andrew also held the position of Head of Performance at the same organization. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as the Performance & Governance Manager at Viridian Housing. Andrew gained significant experience in various roles at Southwark Council, including Divisional Business Manager and Principal Analyst. Andrew also worked as a Community Safety Analyst at the London Borough of Lambeth. Andrew started their career as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst at Avon & Somerset constabulary and also served as a Swimming teacher/Lifeguard at Yate leisure centre.

Andrew B. began their education in 1995 at Filton College, Bristol where they completed their A Levels in Law, Economics, and Sociology. From 1998 to 2001, they attended the University of Plymouth where they earned their Bsc (Hons) degree in Sociology & Criminal Justice. Most recently, from 2013 to 2015, Andrew B. pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic Management at the University of Derby, although it is incomplete.
