Stephenie Slatcher, an Associate Member of CIPD, currently serves as the Head of People Partnering at Affinity Trust, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this role, Stephenie accumulated significant experience at Enham Trust from February 2014 to August 2020, advancing from Employment Team Leader to Head of People, where key contributions included managing compliance for the Work Choice Contract and driving team performance. Earlier career roles include Employment Advisor at Ingeus and Team Leader at Jobcentre Plus. Stephenie holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management obtained between 2017 and 2020 and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geography and International Development from the University of East Anglia, completed in 2008.
