Joseph Hall

Joseph Hall is an experienced safety management professional with a strong background in health, safety, security, and assurance operations. Currently serving as the Head of Health and Safety at Affinity Water since August 2022, Joseph also holds the position of Director Health, Safety, Security & Assurance Operations at South West Water since May 2021. Previous roles include Head of Health, Safety, Security & Wellbeing at Thames Water from 2013 to 2021, and Divisional Health and Safety Manager at Balfour Beatty Plc from 2011 to 2012. Joseph began a career at Carillion, where from 2004 to 2011, as Senior HSEQ Manager, responsibilities included overseeing safety standards and communicating legislative updates across the organization.
