Sally Brett

Sally Brett is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion with a robust track record across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Culture & EDI at Affinity Water, Sally has developed and launched an EDI strategy aimed at measurable outcomes. Previous roles include Head of Diversity & Inclusion at The Law Society, where Sally implemented initiatives to foster a more inclusive solicitor profession, and Head of Equality, Inclusion, and Culture at the British Medical Association, addressing critical issues within the medical field. Early career roles encompassed policy work with the TUC on equality rights and discrimination law, contributing to the development of the Equality Act 2010, and research positions focused on workplace diversity. Sally holds multiple degrees, including an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and an LLM with Distinction in Employment Relations Law from the University of Leicester.
