Mohit Bhende

Mohit Bhende is the Co-Founder and CEO of Karat, overseeing the company's extensive operation of conducting 500,000 technical interviews across 70 countries for leading enterprises since March 2014. Additionally, Mohit serves as an advisor at Affinity Inc, where the platform focuses on managing crucial professional relationships. Prior experience includes significant roles at Microsoft as Senior Director of XBOX, where strategic product development and team management were key responsibilities, and as Director of Corporate Strategy, managing substantial investment funds. Mohit also co-founded and published Topic Magazine, securing funding from the Gates Foundation, and provided strategic consulting at Oliver Wyman.
