Richard Cookson

Richard Cookson is a seasoned professional in Customer Success with extensive experience in the technology and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success for EMEA at Affinity.co since January 2024, Richard's prior roles include Senior Director and Director of Customer Success for EMEA at Procore Technologies, where Richard significantly expanded the Customer Success organization and achieved remarkable growth in annual recurring revenue. Richard's earlier experience includes leadership positions at LinkedIn, where responsibilities involved managing teams of Senior Customer Success Managers, and at Randstad Sourceright as Head of Supply Chain Management. Richard began a career in data analysis at UBS Investment Bank and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Economics from the University of East Anglia.
