Sonia Guglani

Sonia Guglani, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Onboarding and Implementation Manager at Affinity.co since March 2024, overseeing onboarding processes for multiple clients, including database configuration and data migrations. Previously, Sonia was part of the Customer Success Strategy Team at PitchBook Data from July 2019 to December 2023, where significant contributions included the strategic development of onboarding processes, creation of playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration with various departments. Sonia has also held various leadership roles in organizations focused on mobilizing students and addressing social issues, such as the Every Voice Coalition and It's on UMass, while actively participating in educational initiatives like the UMass Women Into Leadership program. Sonia holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Economics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
