Tyler Pringle

Tyler Pringle is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Tax at Affinius Capital since April 2020. In this role, Tyler heads the Global Tax function of a real estate investment advisor overseeing over $60 billion in assets and has established an in-house Tax Department. Prior to Affinius Capital, Tyler held the position of Tax Manager at USAA, where responsibilities included tax planning for transactions, compliance, and leading initiatives concerning tax legislation. Tyler's earlier experience includes serving as a Tax Senior Manager at EY, managing tax compliance and provision engagements for high-profile real estate clients globally. Tyler holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
