Daniel Martin has extensive experience in engineering leadership, primarily at Affirm, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Director of Engineering across multiple disciplines such as Developer Productivity, Infrastructure, and Trust and Safety from July 2022 to June 2025. Prior to Affirm, Daniel held roles at BetterWorks as Engineering Manager for Goals & Feedback Teams and as Lead Software Engineer for Core Product, successfully enhancing team performance and product delivery.
