Hayley Gonzales

Hayley Gonzales is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Sr. Director and Associate General Counsel for Commercial & Transactional Privacy at Affirm since December 2017. With a progressive career at the same company, Gonzales has held various roles including Director and Managing Counsel focused on commercial matters. Additionally, Gonzales has been a Board Member for San Francisco Women in Tech, organizing impactful networking events to support women in technology. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Associate Counsel at Loring Ward, where counsel was provided on regulatory, corporate, and commercial issues, and a Judicial Law Clerk under The Honorable Judge Arthur Weissbrodt, conducting legal research and drafting judicial documents.
