Jayanth Chennamangalam

Jayanth Chennamangalam is a seasoned professional in machine learning and data science, currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Affirm, specializing in loan portfolio optimization. Previously, Jayanth held roles at Flexday AI as Product Manager and Project Manager, and later as Lead and Data Scientist, where Jayanth launched MLOps initiatives and developed scalable machine learning pipelines. Co-founding Kiku Health, Jayanth contributed technical leadership and built machine learning models for health applications. Further expertise includes work as a Senior Applied Researcher at Zepp Health, Machine Learning Tech Lead Manager at Skycope Technologies, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford, among other roles. Jayanth's educational background includes a PhD in Astrophysics and an MS in Physics from West Virginia University, as well as a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University.
