Matthew Schirk

Matthew Schirk has diverse experience in technical account management, sales engineering, and customer service across various companies in the technology and music industries. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager II for SMB Travel at Affirm since December 2021, Matthew also held the role of Technical Account Manager for Emerging Brands. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Reverb for six years, progressing from a Customer Engagement Representative to Sales Engineer and Development Support Lead. Early career roles included positions at Music Garage, AEMMP Records, Sprint by PCS Experts, and Millennial Services, where Matthew honed skills in technical support, sales, and customer communication. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Arts Management from Indiana University and continued education at Columbia College Chicago.
