From March 2018 to March 2025, Michele served as the Head of CPG, Sales and Client Partnerships at Snap Inc., leading a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise-level clients in various categories, including Food & Beverages, Alcoholic Beverages, Personal Care, Beauty, Pet Care, Home Care, and Health & Wellness. Prior roles include Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager within CPG, Health, and Beauty at Hearst Magazines, as well as the Executive Director positions at both Cosmopolitan and Real Simple during tenures at Time Inc. and L'Oréal, respectively. Michele began a career in media as a Media Supervisor at Beauty@Gotham. Educational background includes a BSBA in Marketing and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a Master's degree in Marketing from Baruch College.
