Noel Watson

Noel Watson has served as a member of the Board since September 2022. Mr. Watson has served as the Chief Financial Officer of LegalZoom, an online platform for legal and compliance solutions, since November 2020. Prior to joining LegalZoom, Mr. Watson served as Chief Financial Officer at TrueCar, Inc from June 2019 to November 2020. From April 2006 to June 2019, Mr. Watson served in roles of increasing responsibility at TripAdvisor, Inc., including as Vice President - Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Watson previously served as member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee of Zynga Inc. Mr. Watson holds a B.S. in accounting from Bryant University.
