Tom Rickards

Tom Rickards has extensive experience in engineering and technology roles, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering for Financial Platforms at Affirm and as Site Lead for Europe. Prior to this, Tom held various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President of Technology for the PWM Trading Platform and Associate in PWM Portfolio Management. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Software Engineer at BAE Systems and a Software Developer at Synectics Solutions. Tom holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Loughborough University and A-Levels in Mathematics from The Sixth Form College, Solihull.
