Ashley Autrey

Ashley Autrey, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Manager at Affirma since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley held positions at Marshalltown as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from August 2020 to July 2022, and at Northwest Health System as a Human Resources Generalist from July 2019 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as an HR Coordinator at Ball Metalpack from June 2018 to July 2019, and various positions at NIC Global Manufacturing Solutions, where responsibilities ranged from Global Buyer to Buyer. Ashley’s career began with roles in customer service at Wells Fargo and Fred Meyer. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social, Ethical, and Human Behavior from the University of Washington Bothell and an Associate's Degree in Integrated Learning from Cascadia College.
