Penelope Kipps

Penelope Kipps is a seasoned professional in video production, currently serving as the Senior Video Production Lead at Affirma since June 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of video creation for Meta's Employee Effectiveness team. Previous roles include Senior Video Engineer and Video Engineer at Meta, as well as positions such as Cinematographer at Spark & Wick and Video Producer at Origins Cannabis.
