Kaisa Knaappila

Kaisa Knaappila has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Kaisa currently holds the position of Company Art Director at Next Games since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Seriously Digital Entertainment from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including Art Director, Lead Artist, Senior Artist, and 2D Game Artist. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Lead Game Artist at Namida Diamond Factory Ltd. Before that, they worked at Playforia as an Art Director and Game Artist from 2014 to 2016. Kaisa also worked as a Freelancer, serving as a Graphic designer/illustrator in 2013. Kaisa started their career at Skandaali as a Graphic designer from 2011 to 2013. Kaisa began their journey in the gaming industry as a Game Artist Trainee at Digital Chocolate in 2008. Overall, their experience showcases their expertise and growth in the field of art and game design.

Kaisa Knaappila attended Turun Taideakatemia (AMK) from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Digital Arts.
