Ursula mac Gearailt

Ursula Mac Gearailt is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as the Lead Data AI Analyst for Microsoft Co-Pilot at Affirma since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading a blended BPO and Custom Development team and managing complex development changes for the Partner facing Portal. Previously, Ursula held various roles including Senior Program & Team Manager for Microsoft Device Mapping and Microsoft OEM Incentives Program Manager at Abtran. Notably, during a decade at Microsoft, Ursula contributed to multiple projects as a Project Manager within the Program Management Office, developing an Order to Cash model and managing the Global Refurbishment Licensing programs. Ursula holds a degree in Applied Chemistry from Dundalk Institute of Technology and a degree in Quality Management from Institute of Technology, Sligo.
