Kathy Broedlin, RN, CMC, CDP, is a seasoned nursing and healthcare professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the home care industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of New Jersey at Affirmed Home Care since September 2020 and as the Founder of Aging Answers Plus, LLC since June 2020, Kathy has a proven track record in sales and business development, previously holding positions at Home Care Assistance of New Jersey, Privatus, Loving Care Agency, Inc., and Seniors Management North. Kathy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Bergen Community College.
