Ken Dekker

Ken Dekker is a seasoned corporate and commercial litigation lawyer with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Partner at Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP since June 2006, Ken's expertise encompasses securities and broker-dealer litigation, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, employment litigation, insurance litigation, cross-border litigation, fraud litigation, and defamation. Prior roles include Associate positions at Affleck Greene Orr LLP from 2003 to 2006 and Kelly Affleck Greene from 1998 to 2003, as well as an Articling Student at Blaney McMurtry LLP from 1996 to 1997. Ken earned an LL.B. in Law from Dalhousie University and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees with honors in History from both Dalhousie University and the University of King's College.
