Michael I. Binetti

Michael Binetti is a Partner at Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP with extensive experience as trial and appellate counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal. Binetti specializes in competition investigations, class actions, and disputes related to fair business practices, professional negligence, and various commercial litigation matters. Binetti has held leadership roles within the Canadian Bar Association, including Chair of the Marketing Practices Committee, and serves as a Director of the Toronto Lawyers Association. Recognized for contributions to the field, Binetti has earned the Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent Rating, the Platinum Client Champion Award, and was named in Best Lawyers in Canada 2018 for Advertising and Marketing Law. Binetti holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and has studied health law and political science internationally.
