Michael Tucci, CF APMP has over 20 years of experience in business development, proposals, and capture management. Michael currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Affordable Engineering Services, where they are responsible for identifying and researching new opportunities. Prior to this, Tucci held the position of Senior Director of Proposals at Affordable Engineering Services, Inc. from 2014 to 2023. In this role, they were directly responsible for managing the proposal process, including requirements analysis, storyboarding, writing, reviewing, and editing RFP responses. Tucci also developed the company's capture and proposal processes. Before joining Affordable Engineering Services, Tucci worked as a Capture Manager at Solutions3 from 2012 to 2014, where they led RFP Response Teams and developed business development and proposal processes. Michael also provided resource staffing for newly won awards. Earlier in their career, Tucci held the position of Director of Proposals at Affordable Engineering Services from 2011 to 2012, where they refined and managed the business development and proposal processes. Prior to that, they worked at L-3 Space & Navigation as an Applications Engineer and Senior Staff Engineer, and at AlliedSignal as a Systems Engineer. Tucci started their career as a Systems Test Engineer at Kearfott Guidance and Navigation in 1983. Overall, Tucci's experience spans across multiple industries, including aerospace and defense.

Michael Tucci, CF APMP graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1983. Prior to that, they attended Verona High School. In terms of certifications, they obtained the APMP Foundation Certificate from APMG International in August 2019 and the ITIL Foundation Certificate from Loyalist Certification Services in November 2013.
