Paul Desiderioscioli

Paul Desiderioscioli currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Madison Reed since May 2023 and previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Wholesale. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of FERNT Consulting Group, LLC, since 2014, Paul provides advisory services in beauty, juvenile, and licensing sectors. Paul founded and served as CEO of Rock and Roll Beauty from 2021 to 2023, focusing on leveraging nostalgia in beauty products. At ULTA Beauty (2014-2021), Paul was Vice President of Merchandise for Mass and Private Label, driving growth in that segment. Past roles include significant positions at Toys R Us | Babies R Us, managing a $1.2 billion P&L in consumables and infant care while overseeing merchandising and buying strategies. Paul has contributed to various boards and advisory roles, including First Start Holdings Inc. and Red Clover, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
