With his background as the New Business Director at Ohio National Financial Services, Rich ensured efficient new business operations in the underwriting department. Before that, as an Associate Manager at Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company, he gained valuable experience in insurance management. Rich holds degrees from the University of Colorado Denver.
