Penny Parks

Penny Parks serves as President of Links Financial LLC since July 2006, providing financial connections for business owners and real estate developers. In addition to this role, Penny is an Advisor at Affordit® and has been a Board Member of the Tampa Bay Chamber since 2016, focusing on the Small Business of the Year awards. Active in academia, Penny is a member of the USF Women in Leadership & Philanthropy program and has chaired the Board of Fellows at the University of Tampa since 1994. Penny holds membership in the Association for Corporate Growth and was the Past Chair of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay. As a founding member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, Penny promotes golf among women. Furthermore, Penny is on the Board of Directors for Copperhead Charities Inc, which seeks to assist the homeless. Penny holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Tampa and a BS in Math-Business from Wake Forest University.
