Michael E. Hart is an experienced Board Member, CEO, executive advisor, and executive coach with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. After earning an MBA from California State University, Fresno, they began their career as a financial analyst in Silicon Valley and later became CFO of Vestar, where they co-led two IPOs and managed the $95 million merger that created NeXstar Pharmaceuticals. With over 20 years in executive roles, they also served as CFO and CEO of Allos Therapeutics, directing a successful IPO and significant capital raises, and later held the position of COO at Bolder Biotechnology. Currently, Michael leads MH Advisors LLC and co-founded ClearMind Advisors, focusing on executive leadership and management consulting.
