Chelsea Bland

Chelsea Bland is an experienced professional with a background in communications and photography. Since April 2009, Chelsea has served as a Communications Specialist and Secretary to the Director in the Communications Department at AFGE. Chelsea also owns and operates Photos by Chella, a photography business established in October 2015. Prior to these roles, Chelsea worked as a Data Entry Supervisor at Novo 1 from April 2004 to January 2009. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland, earned between 2003 and 2007.
