Abdallah Nassar has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Abdallah started their career at Ericsson as a Core Network Engineering Consultant and later worked as a Networking Project Consultant, where they managed network security, configurations, and customer support. Abdallah then joined mobilisATM as a Technical Operational Consultant, focusing on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Abdallah also worked as a Customer Solutions Manager at Ericsson, leading the delivery of technological and operational solutions for 3G projects. Abdallah later became a Telecom Operational Consultant at PRTM Management Consultants and was responsible for transforming operational activities in Zain Iraq. Abdallah held Chief Technical Officer roles at comium, Bintel LTD, and Digicel Samoa, where they oversaw technology infrastructure, network transformations, and business growth. Abdallah then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone, overseeing the launch of new networks and the implementation of vendor and partnership strategies. Abdallah's most recent position is with Orange Cameroun, where they serve as the Chief Engineering and Network Officer, responsible for network architecture, digital transformation, and business innovation. Currently, Abdallah Nassar holds the position of Vice President for Technology and Operations at Afghan Wireless, where they provide leadership and direction to the company's business.

Abdallah Nassar has a diverse education history. Abdallah first attended the Lebanese University from 1997 to 2001, earning a Diploma of Education in Management Information Systems. Following this, they pursued further education at The University of Manchester from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in ICT. In 2007 to 2008, Abdallah attended the Institute of Project Management, acquiring a Certification in Management. Most recently, they enrolled at The Wharton School in 2014 and completed the Executive Leadership Programme, earning a Diploma.
