Darren Chovanec

Darren Chovanec is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at AFGlobal Corporation since April 2013, responsibilities include overseeing product initiatives from business development through to delivery. Previously, as Supply Chain Manager at Jake's International from August 2010 to February 2013, management of sales and supply chain for oilfield equipment in the U.S. was key. In earlier roles, including Branch Manager and Outside Sales at Fastenal from July 2006 to October 2009, expertise was demonstrated in directing profit and loss, marketing, and customer service for a multi-million dollar industrial supply business in Texas. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences and Business from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed in 2005.
