William Walker (Billy)

Billy Walker has diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry, starting in 1982 with Weatherford as an Area Sales Manager in Russia-CIS. William (Billy) then joined National Oilwell Varco in 1996, where they held various positions such as Regional Manager and Managing Director in Russia.
