Alison Court

Alison Court is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various HR roles over more than two decades. Currently, Alison serves as the People Business Partner at AFH Wealth Management, a position held since December 2019. Prior to this, Alison held significant positions including Head of HR at IGS & Lens Online - SpecSavers Group and Senior HR Business Partner for AkzoNobel Packaging Coatings, where responsibilities included managing HR processes and employee life-cycle support across multiple sites. Alison's early career includes roles such as HRBP at Vertex Data Science and Senior HR Manager at Teleperformance, building expertise in HR consultancy and strategic management. Alison holds an MSc in Personnel Management & Business Administration from Aston University, a Certificate in Counselling Skills from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc in Applied Sciences focusing on Psychology & Economics from the University of Wolverhampton.
