Chris Karp is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer support and operations leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer and Board Member at Afiniti since 2025, Karp has a proven track record in various high-level roles, including Chief Customer Officer & EVP of Operations at Auctane and Director of Customer Support at Chewy, overseeing large teams and handling millions of customer interactions. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Global Support at RealPage, Inc., and multiple leadership positions at Tektronix Communications, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery, operations management, and vendor partnerships. Karp holds an Executive MBA from East Texas A&M University.
