Dileepan Narayanan

Dileepan Narayanan serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer and Board Director for Afiniti Ireland since June 2025, leading a team of over 400 professionals in product, engineering, and AI to drive AI-enabled growth. Previously, from November 2018 to June 2025, Dileepan held multiple leadership roles at Amazon, including Head of Product for Generative AI, overseeing infrastructure and applications for global sellers, and for Foundation Models, successfully launching Amazon's models into AWS Bedrock. Other notable positions include Director of Product Management at Ruckus Networks, managing a $70M P&L for IoT solutions, and Sr. Product Manager at Broadcom, where Dileepan was instrumental in the launch of wireless connectivity products. Dileepan's career also includes product management roles at Cypress Semiconductor and initial software development at i2 Technologies. Educational background includes a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a specialization in Human Factors and UI Design from the University of Minnesota.
