Eduardo MacHado

Eduardo Machado has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eduardo currently serves as the Vice President Global Delivery Lead at Afiniti since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the CIO - Grupo Atento Brasil at Atento from May 2021 to June 2022. Eduardo also held the role of CIO at Teleperformance Brasil from August 2015 to May 2019, where they reported to the CEO and CIO Global and played a key role in defining and executing strategies, administration, technological support, and security. Before that, they were a Partner and Commercial Technical Director at istmo 4 Pró from August 2002 to July 2015, where they were responsible for the technical and commercial relationship with customers and development and operation of TEM solution.

Eduardo has prior experience as a Datacom Consultant at Ericsson from January 2001 to August 2002, where they designed, deployed, and supported data networks, and as a Network Support Manager at Prolan Soluções Integradas from August 2000 to January 2001. Eduardo started their career as a Mainframe Operator and Trainee at Saint-Gobain Abrasivos from January 1989 to December 1991.

Throughout their career, Eduardo has demonstrated expertise in network management, technical support, and project implementation.

From 2010 to 2012, Eduardo Machado pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão Empresarial at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
