Farooq Hassan

Farooq Hassan has extensive work experience in the field of data science and artificial intelligence. Farooq started their career at trg | tech as an Analyst Software Engineer from July 2012 to March 2013. Farooq then joined Afiniti, where they held various roles. From September 2016 to June 2017, they worked as a Data Analyst, analyzing call center data to optimize key performance indicators. From July 2017 to January 2019, they worked as a Data Scientist, training and deploying AI models to achieve revenue targets. Farooq then served as the Lead Data Scientist from February 2019 to July 2020, managing a team and overseeing AI production. Currently, they are the Director of Data Science at Afiniti, leading the Data Science Team and working on the company's largest account.

Farooq Hassan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from LUMS in 2012. Farooq then pursued a Master's degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics at The University of Bonn from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Karachi Grammar School from 2005 to 2007.
